Christmas FAQs

Live events – A £10 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Christmas events – A £10 per person deposit (£25 for New Year’s Eve) is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Tickets for live events cannot be provisionally held, a deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Tickets for Christmas events can be provisionally held for 7 days for bookings of 20+ people.
Physical tickets are not required for our events. Simply show your confirmation email and provide the booker’s name upon arrival.
Once you confirm your booking you will receive an electronic pre-order form to submit your food order.
Yes. You can make a note of any dietary requirements and/or allergies on the pre-order form. We always recommend you call to discuss specific dietaries/allergies to ensure we provide the right menu for you.
As long as we have the availability you can keep adding guests to your booking by calling the events team on 0114 232 0266.
Our tables seat up to 10 people. We also have a few tables that seat 12 people however these are limited. Bookings of 6 people or less will be on a shared table. Bookings of 12+ will be on multiple tables located next to each other.
Yes, the OEC accepts both.
Yes, we have over 400 free car parking spaces onsite and cars can be left overnight however vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.
