Student Celebration Promotion
Valid on any student society booking of 100+ people.
The drinks reception will include one bottle of AU Vodka and mixers. Maximum of 10 attendees.

Tribute Nights
Drink

Acts
In the event that the act cancels, your booking will be transferred to a new event or refunded upon request.
Booking on Line/Telephone Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required for all live event bookings.
The balance payment must be paid (based on the final numbers) at least 14 days prior to your attendance.
If the booking is for a date within the next 14 days (a “late booking”), full payment is due at the time of the booking.
All payments are non-refundable.

Christmas
Booking on Line/Telephone Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required for all Christmas event bookings.
A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required for all New Year’s Eve bookings.
The balance payment must be paid (based on the final numbers) at least 28 days prior to your attendance.
If the booking is for a date within the next 28 days (a “late booking”), full payment is due at the time of the booking.

Cancellation Policies
All Live events– please read carefully.
Your booking may be cancelled without notice if you do not make the full payment on the dates due.
Bookings are non-refundable.
Bookings can only be transferable once if transferred at least 5 days before the event.
Proof of age
We may ask anyone who is (or appears to be) under 21 to prove their age when:
Entering the OEC on an 18+ event.
When purchasing an alcoholic drink.
If we are not satisfied that you are 18 or over, service will be refused and (for 18+ events) you will not be permitted to enter the OEC and no refunds will be given.
16-17 years old are allowed non age restricted events but must be accompanied by an adult.
Birthday Offer
Valid on Live events (excluding private, sporting dinners and Christmas events)
Only valid when booking for a minimum of 10 people.
Must show proof of age / month of birthday on arrival to the event.
Only valid during the month of persons birthday (Excludes December. December birthday offer can be used in January or November).
All bookings are subject to availability.
Hen/Stag Offer
Valid on Live events (excluding private, sporting dinners and Christmas events)
Only valid when booking for a minimum of 10 people.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Excludes December.
Blue Light Card – 10% Discount
Strictly 1 x 10% discount per booking.
No discount given on beverages.
Must provide blue light card number on booking.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
Cannot be used on Saturday party nights in December.
OEC reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions or discontinue the discount voucher at any time.

Prosecco Draw
All entrants must be over the age of 18 years to enter the competition.
All entrants will be entered into the draw upon full completion of the entry form.
Only one entry per person – only fully completed detail forms will be entitled to be entered into the prize draw.
One winner will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw after 9pm.
All entry forms must be completed prior to the draw on the night.
1 bottle of Italia prosecco will be given to the winner on the night.
No cash alternative to the prize will be available.
In case of dispute the manager’s decision is final.
The OEC reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
Drink Packages
The drinks packages have been discounted and will only be available to purchase in advance.
The packages must be pre-purchased at least 48 hours before the event.
Wristbands
Each token can be exchanged at the OEC bar for one of the following drinks:
Any Draught, any spirit and mixer, 175ml fairway Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz or Rose, glass of prosecco, soft drinks. Excluding Remi XO.
Beer Bucket of Coors
10 x 330ml bottled Coors.
