OEC Sheffield is a contemporary venue with a stunning façade to welcome visitors. Finished to a high standard throughout, this fully accessible exhibition venue ticks all the boxes when it comes to hosting an exhibition.
The OEC exhibition space, the Rivelin Suite, can be configured to accommodate trade shows of all shapes and sizes. Perfect for small, intimate showcases all the way to large-scale exhibitions, comfortably accommodating up to 500 visitors at any given time. An additional range of stylish suites and a boardroom provide ample space for meetings or quiet places in which to lunch and work.
Located in Hillsborough, a short distance from Sheffield city centre via car or public transport, the OEC is easily accessible and boasts over 400 free parking spaces. A selection of hotels to suit different tastes and budgets are also available a short distance from OEC Sheffield.

The Rivelin Suite
The main OEC exhibition space accommodates up to 500 visitors and can be segregated into smaller spaces. Featuring three separate bars for refreshments, air conditioning, AV equipment, Wi-Fi, and dynamic lighting.
The Boardroom
Perfect for meetings and presentations, The Boardroom provides a private space for up to 12 visitors with room to serve refreshments and provide conferencing equipment.
Hospitality Boxes
Ideal for use as breakout spaces, meeting rooms, or catering, OEC Hospitality Boxes cater for 20 visitors each, or a maximum of 80 visitors when combined into a single space. Each room features a glass wall with private balcony offering plenty of natural daylight.
Exhibition Equipment
The OEC has everything you need to host a successful exhibition. The venue not only boasts an exciting, colour-changing external light display, but it also features dynamic lighting in the main exhibition space to both wow and welcome visitors.
The exhibition venue includes tables and chairs, tablecloths, easily accessible power points throughout, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and black-out facilities. Three-phase power and built-in audio-visual facilities are available in the Rivelin Suite and selected meeting rooms.

The OEC can provide a delicious spread of refreshments, including breakfast – the most important meal of the day – cold or hot sandwiches, and finger or fork buffet menus. Our latest range of bowl food menus are ideal for reducing contact.
For formal events, opt for a three-course sit-down meal, banquet-style dinner, or a selection of stylish canapés. We offer a range of catering packages, with the option to use our bespoke service where our chefs will help you create the perfect menu.
