Booking a training room at the OEC also provides you with access to free Wi-Fi across the venue, for both organisers and guests. In addition, the events team will be on hand to support you with conferencing and training technology, including LCD projector, projector screen, PA system and microphones, flipchart, stationary, and free-standing lectern. A Training Venue with Flexibility
The OEC’s training room hire options provide more than just a simple space to deliver presentations. Our spaces are ideal for large conference-style training events as well as for small groups. When you need to take your team of delegates off-site, the OEC offer a range of comfortable, versatile spaces that are ready to help you deliver a fantastic training session.
Our largest training room for hire, the Rivelin Suite, comfortably accommodates up to 500 guests. The flexibility of this suite comes with its ability to be segregated into two or three smaller training spaces. Each individual space then becomes ideal for up to 100 delegates, up to 150 delegates, or up to 250 delegates.
We offer four separate VIP Hospitality Boxes, each accommodating 20 guests, with the option to combine all four boxes to accommodate 80 guests. They are ideal for smaller groups, or as a breakout space for large groups using the main Rivelin Suite. Each Box has a large glass window wall with private balcony, ensuring there is plenty of natural light to deliver training.
The OEC boardroom is perfect for small groups of 2 to 10 guests, seated around a single large table with office-style seating. The boardroom has plenty of space for refreshments and training or presentations.
