The Rivelin Suite

Our main events space, the Rivelin suite, comfortably accommodates up to 500 guests, providing access to three separate bars. The flexibility of this suite comes with its ability to be segregated into two or three smaller events spaces.

Rivelin Suite 1 – for up to 100 delegates
Rivelin Suite 2 – for up to 250 delegates
Rivelin Suite 3 – for up to 150 delegates

For corporate events requiring a more intimate space, our four VIP Hospitality Boxes cater for 20 guests each, or a maximum of 80 guests when combined into a single space. Boxes are flexible and can complement the main Rivelin Suite meeting room as a breakout facility.
Each Hospitality Box features a glass wall with private balcony, overlooking Owlerton Stadium racetrack. Our VIP Boxes are finished to a high standard, with plenty of natural light to create a pleasant environment to deliver training, conduct a meeting, or deliver presentations.

Yes. For meetings that do not require a full day, half day packages are also available which include a 4-hour room hire duration and two refreshment breaks with tea & coffee. Please discuss with our team at the time of booking to ensure your chosen conference room is available.
