Our vouchers can be purchased in £5 increments, just call to buy and the voucher will be sent directly to your inbox, your home address, or collected from our friendly team at reception!
Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions will be granted.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed on public events, including festive celebrations, or used toward the purchase of a drinks or décor package.
- Redemption is subject to availability. Advanced booking is essential.
- Voucher codes must be presented at the time of booking.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other products or services.
- OEC reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
- In case of dispute, the manager’s decision is final.
