The Rivelin Suite
Up to 500 Guests
Situated on the first floor, our premier suite is a stylish and flexible event space that can hold up to 500 guests!
Our Rivelin Suite is fully adaptable; breaking down into three separate suites enabling smaller groups and events to be accommodated as follows:
- Rivelin 1 – for up to 100 guests
- Rivelin 2 – for up to 250 guests
- Rivelin 3 – for up to 150 guests
Rivelin 1
Up to 100 Guests
With panoramic views of the Owlerton race track, Rivelin Suite 1 can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guest. Complete with its own private bar, your guests can relax and enjoy their time at the OEC the way it was meant to be.
Rivelin 2
Up to 250 Guests
With ample space to accommodate up to 250 guests, Rivelin Suite 2 can easily be configured to suit a range of events and occasions. Complete with its own private bar, Rivelin 2 is great for large conferences or those extra special occasions.
Rivelin 3
Up to 150 Guests
A stunning event space with capacity to hold up to 150 guests, alongside its own private bar, the Rivelin Suite 3 is an excellent space to host your private event. Whether you’re looking to host a business conference, or even wedding, OEC Sheffield have got you covered.
VIP Hospitality Boxes
From 20 to 80 guests
Perfect for meetings or corporate training events, our four VIP Hospitality Boxes at The OEC are ideal for those looking for conference venue hire with a little exclusivity.
Our VIP Hospitality Boxes can seat up to 20 delegates. However, should you wish to hire all of our VIP Hospitality Boxes for your conference, meeting, or event, they can be combined to allow up to 80 delegates. In addition to this, our boxes also feature wall-mounted TVs, so that you and your guests can easily connect any devices required. WiFi is also included in your room hire.
Boardroom
From 2 to 12 guests
The OEC have a boardroom ideal for conducting off-site interviews, small training groups, meetings, and presentations. Comfortably catering for up to 12 guests, with space to serve refreshments and provide conferencing equipment.
