OEC Sheffield is operated by a privately-owned UK family business, The A&S Leisure Group, with over 50 years of experience in the leisure and hospitality industry. The A&S Leisure Group also operate Owlerton Stadium and Napoleons Casino Sheffield, which both sit either side of The OEC. Together, the three venues encapsulate what we call the ‘Owlerton Experience’. In addition to this, The A&S Leisure Group also operates Napoleons Casinos & Restaurants in Bradford, Hull, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester.
