The OEC has a selection of dedicated conference suites for business to select from – the Rivelin suite, boardroom, and four spectacular VIP Hospitality Boxes. Our main events space, the Rivelin suite, comfortably accommodates up to 500 guests, providing access to three separate bars. The flexibility of this suite comes with its ability to be segregated into two or three smaller events spaces – Rivelin 1 for up to 100 delegates, Rivelin, 2 for up to 250 delegates, and Rivelin 3 for up to 150 delegates.

Each of the four VIP Hospitality Boxes at the OEC can accommodate 20 delegates, with the option to combine the four spaces into one, large hospitality suite to accommodate up to 80 delegates. Each VIP Box has its own bar, dedicated waiting service, and private elevated balcony taking in views of Owlerton Stadium racing track.

The OEC boardroom is ideal for smaller meetings, and perfect for interviews – the boardroom is often utilised by local businesses meeting candidates off site.

All spaces are fitted with the latest conference room video equipment, and free Wi-Fi provided as standard.
